Debashis Chatterjee has taught leadership at Harvard University and at the Indian Institutes of Management (IIM), Lucknow and Calcutta for more than a decade.
He has been awarded the prestigious Fulbright Fellowship twice for Pre-Doctoral and Post-Doctoral work at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard. His published books include Leading Consciously (Foreword by Peter M. Senge) and Break Free (Penguin) that have been translated in several international languages.
He has trained more than 10,000 managers globally in Fortune 100 Corporations and has served as leadership coach to CEOs. A pioneer in the field of Asian models in leadership, Dr. Chatterjee is currently the Director, Indian Insitute of Management, Khozikode, India.

Aroop Zutshi, Board Member & President of Frost & Sullivan, manages the Industrial CBUs in North America.
Mr. Zutshi started in August 1990, as an analyst. He has worked on several client projects, supporting them in developing their growth strategies and has also consulted with various Fortune 500 companies in the last 15 years.
He started the Asia-Pacific and Latin American operations for Frost & Sullivan as well as the company’s first BPO in Chennai, India.
Prior to joining Frost & Sullivan, he spent 5 years in sales and marketing for one of the worlds leading manufacturers of Machine Tools in UK.
Mr. Zutshi graduated as a Mechanical Engineer in 1984 and completed his MBA in 1989.

Manoj Menon is the Partner and Managing Director, Asia Pacific.
Manoj started at Frost & Sullivan in December 1996 as one of the pioneers when the company was just beginning its trajectory into Asia. He has, since then, successfully grown the company’s presence and business in Asia Pacific by manifold. He has consulted on multiple strategic and syndicated projects for leading multinational companies, regulators and government bodies, providing growth workshops and client counsels, among others. He is today one of the region’s most sought-after speakers and thought leaders, wherein his expert opinions have been heard at seminars and industry conferences globally. Manoj is also frequently featured in leading media, namely CNN, Bloomberg, Channel News Asia, CNBC, BBC, Singapore Business Times and Straits Times, and Malaysian Business.
He earned his Bachelor of Engineering at Mumbai University, and MBA at the ICFAI Business School in India. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. |
